After the Netherlands’ team lost its chance at qualification for the World Cup, Dutch advertising consultant Matthijs de Jongh set up a match between the two lowest ranked teams on FIFA’s world rankings: the Kingdom of Bhutan in the Himalayas and the Caribbean island of Montserrat. Documentary filmmaker Johan Kramer filmed the countries’ preparations, structuring the film as a countdown to confrontation.
