The Harvard Film Archive's cinema is not available for rental. For a local theater space open to private or public rentals, contact the Brattle Theatre in Harvard Square or the Coolidge Corner Theatre in Brookline. Harvard students and staff can visit the Office for the Arts site to reserve studios, classrooms and screening spaces on campus.

We are also unable to accept unsolicited program submissions or suggestions. The Harvard Film Archive’s film programs are planned far in advance and are the result of complex curation involving extensive research, organization and collaboration, reflecting various institutional and artistic objectives.
