ACCESSIBILITY

The Harvard Film Archive can be entered via the accessible main entrance of the Carpenter Center. For those who cannot take the stairs, please use the elevator located beyond the double doors on the right side of the gallery and to the right of the loading dock. A wheelchair is available for use by patrons by request on the first floor near the security desk. Three hearing assisted headsets are also available for audience use. Currently, the HFA cannot support closed captioning or descriptive audio.

If you have questions about accessibility at the Harvard Film Archive, or if you would like to speak to an HFA staff member about accessibility needs prior to an event, please email Sidney Dritz. While advance communication is certainly not required, it may help us be better prepared to offer the best experience possible.
